A handy app in busy Mumbai life
I just downloaded the app. A extremely easy and customer friendly screens and payments can be made with flick of the button.
A great stress buster indeed as it frees me from my worries to stand in line for the monthly bill payment.
Just one observation not a critical one though. I paid additional Security Deposit as suggested successfully using the App. However the account continues to indicate Pay SD ! With SF amount shown outstanding. It should not show that! As other Apps immediately adjust the credits in appropriate heads .
But over all it was a pleasant experience.
Great App and features
Left out the one star as it does not support international numbers. E.g. I live in US and cannot get OTPs to pay my bills.
I do get the bills by emails!
I am sure this will improve
App broken - can’t move past login screen
After correctly verifying with OTP and also trying to logging in with the correct PIN, I am still stuck at the login screen.
On top of that, customer care doesn’t understand plain English.
Not sure if you guys have outsourced the app development or are building in-house. Either way, a mediocre team has built a mediocre app!
