If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Update issues

Cannot see bills amount .. I use the app to pay bills but now the amount I need to pay doesn’t show which makes it a headache to go around trying to figure out how much I need to pay for every service.

Good application but

I like the interface , it fulfills most if not all of my banking needs , it became a bit slower after the last major upgrade as after each touch you will need to wait couple of second till it loads .

I like the credit card controls , very effective and easy to use .

But , the app shows the last page contents when using the app switcher , not very smart especially if you are trying to keep your data private, other banking apps easily would hide that out until you reopen the application .

Touch points details doesn’t give much other than the total points you have , I would think adding more into the dashboard will be great , like last transaction and how much it earned you, or bonus points you were able to acquire ... etc

Don’t sign up with ADCB if you want to experience bad customer service. I am getting no notification for point of sale transactions since MARCH and they said we stopped sending alert. They asked me to wait for 2-3 days until I can see them on my mobile app. I won’t receive SMS either for any of the transactions either.

Who will remember transaction amount for 2-3 days and keep track of it if you were charged correctly or not?

It’s completely useless and I plan to move to a different bank very soon. Disappointed.

Hi, SMS's are no longer sent for transactions that are less than AED 100; this does not apply for online purchases, you will continue to receive an SMS for online purchases regardless of the amount. For more info on this, please call 600 502030.
