Lists can be sorted on first/last names, manually, birthday and zip/post code.
The zip/post code sort lets you target your mailings to specific neighbourhoods/locations. Also, this can be especially helpful in the USA allowing you to get the lowest possible postal rates for bulk mail.
The birthday sort allows you to create a really useful birthday list where you can see at a glance which birthdays are coming up.
Compatible with the very popular iOS AddressLabels, on the App Store since 2010.
Uses Cloud syncing (macOS 10.15 and later)
Use your lists year after year.

Create Return Address labels either from an address in Contacts or by manual entry.
Easily print multiple labels for anyone in your list.
Record the no. of cards written, mailed, hand-delivered or sent as eCards.
Number of stamps (including international) required displayed.
Import the names from your Contacts, spreadsheet csv files or type manually.
Imported names can use an alias on the labels e.g. you can import “Mr John Smith”, but display and print “John and Mary”, or “The Smith Family” etc. Also, you can use the person's nickname.
Record when a card/letter has been received and view the history of cards sent/received - maybe stop sending to someone who hasn't replied for a while!
Store extra information e.g. names of children, type of card person prefers etc.
The labels can be used for name and addresses obviously, but also for phone numbers and email addresses.
The label data has the "name" on the first line, and the "address" on the following lines. Of course, these do not have to be people's names and addresses. For example, you might just use the "Name" field for Storage Jar labels.
For label sheets, select from template descriptions or Avery code numbers.

What’s New

Version 3.52

The preview screen showing address labels has recently started showing a border around the text/image as a guide to what the printed result would look like.
This border should only appear on the screen preview, and not when actually printing the labels. However, one user has reported that she has seen the borders printed on the labels themselves. This update hopefully stops this from happening.

Would give this a 5 star

Would give this a 5 star if you could edit the size of the font seperatly on each envelope or label. Or you can add a second name under the first..The sizing doesn't work if you put a long two names it will print very small on envelope but normal on others.. the print area needs to be bigger and the ability to make the fonts larger than you can would be amazing.. This is also perfect for someeone older and less techichal like me.. It's simple..

Hi Frankie. Thanks for the nice review. I will certainly look at the font sizing for envelopes. If you want to discuss this with me, please get in touch -

fantastic app

I don't normally write reviews. However, I have found this app to be very useful in organizing my chaotic Christmas list. I now have a comprehensive list of all my Christmas card recipients. As I receive cards, I can check off the list. It links to my Mac Address card so I can update addresses on the fly. I printed directly to an address label sheet and saved my wife hours of writing those out by hand. Next year I can use the same list and just make a few tweaks for our needs.
I've found the developer to be very receptive to comments and feedback. He actually implemented some of my suggestions right away.
If you need an Address manager to organize a portion of your contact list (for something like a Christmas list) this is your app.

Developer Response ,

Glad you like my app 😀 Thanks for your suggestions - keep them coming!

Ok for 90's style printing

For getting the job done (in 90's fashion), this app works, but the interface looks like it was designed by an old school Windows Excel user who didn't spend any time learning how a good gui is supposed to work.

The only way I could make a nice sending label w/ a custom name and address font with our logo placed in a specific place was to export it from photoshop as an image and import it into the app (I expected this), but for the sending portion, I couldn't hack it with an image. They do have the option to differentiate the name and address fonts, but you can't change the name font size... oh and font size is designated as "height?". So I neded up with a big address for my send address and a tiny name... not usable for someone with basic graphic design needs.

Developer Response ,

thanks for the review. I would love to discuss this all with you and hopefully make improvements to the app to help you and other users. Please could you contact me on to discuss each issue, letting me know that you had left this review. Thanks.
