AddWater Pro tracks your daily hydration in an easy-to-use app that determines your optimal hydration needs automatically. AddWater Pro is customizable to fit your lifestyle. It allows you to track your history, and it provides a fun reward for staying on track and meeting your daily goals.
Above all, AddWater Pro is quick. You don't spend time going to different screens, selecting containers or glasses, then tapping buttons to enter an amount. Just slide and let go. BOOM, you're done.
AddWater Pro lets you spend your time drinking water, not logging it.
Here are some of the great features of AddWater Pro:
• Apple Watch
AddWater Pro takes advantage of the Apple Watch sophistication to bring you great features like QuikAdd, Tags and an at-a-glance overview of your current hydration status.
Enter the amount you most frequently drink in Settings. Then when you need to enter that amount, just tap the QuikAdd button. BOOM! Done. Pretty easy, eh?
• Today Widget
We've put the ease of QuikAdd, adding the ability to adjust the amount, right inside your Today widget and you also get an overview of your current hydration status.
When you select an amount in the main screen, hold and a list of drink types appears. Tap the type. The amount, with the tag, is entered. QuikAdd (main screen) - Double tap and the same list of drink-types appears. QuikAdd (Today widget) - tap Show Tags... and the list of tags appears. Tap the tag you want, then tap QuikAdd to enter.
Fully customizable reminders - Hourly, Daily or Event. To receive hourly reminders, set a start time, an end time and the interval you want to be reminded. Add a custom sound and away you go! Event reminders help you stay hydrated before an athletic endeavor - reminding you to hydrate fully two days and one day out to stick to your goal; with a reminder to pre-hydrate two hours before the race start.

Ratings and Reviews
If this app were an automobile, it would be referred to as extraordinary craftsmanship at its finest!
This Developer has gone all out on this app's features, UI design and functionality; and he's literally thought of everything: alcohol consumption and how much more water you need to compensate for the dehydration; urine health/color, small, medium or large increments of water measurement; other beverages such as soda, coffee or tea and how that effects your hydration; Lifestyle Index, Altitude, it's packed with relevant information that helps keep you at optimum health!
From the moment you open the app you know you're "not in Kansas" anymore and that's where the fun begins! Go Premium! It's well worth the upgrade! Plus supporting the DEV isn't a bad thing. He's definitely earned that respect! Kudos for a job well done!
Great hydration app!
The app is really slick! The input screen is intuitive and I love the ability to customize the background image- I can motivate myself with one of my own pics, if I want! :) The reminders are great and input on the apple watch is quick, and easy to use, as well.
I had a question about the app, as I thought I had an issue, and sent off an email to the developer. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast, pleasant response, and follow up to ensure I had no lasting problems (my issue was resolved by a simple reboot of my phone).
So if you are looking for a great and actually helpful hydration app, look no further!
Good, with room for improvement
I got this app after reading Jim Dalrymple's review, and I agree with all the great things he has to say about it. It's really useful in helping me develop good hydration habits.
Most of my gripes are with the Apple Watch app, which I have found to be a little bit inconsistent sometimes. When using the QuickAdd button, sometimes I tap with no result; then I tap repeatedly, only to suddenly see multiple entries recorded. Sometimes I tap the button and nothing happens at all. I'm also unsure if the QuickAdd button in the notification on Apple Watch actually works. I'm sure some of this will be corrected when the app is updated to work as a Native App, versus using WatchKit.
Finally, I'd love to see the app tie into HealthKit so I can use it as a source in Health App.
Edit: One last thing - it would be great if the app had some awareness of when I logged an entry, and delayed notifications until some time later. I've had a few instances where it reminded me immediately after I just added an entry, and it's a minor annoyance.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
