The AdminSports app is a companion app for the AdminSports registration and team management platform. It allows coaches to manage and communicate with their teams and parents to view their teams and children's information. Coaches can view their roster with the player’s contact info, contact the player’s parents by phone number or email, compose and read Team News, compose and send Team Messages, create Team Events, and edit Team Event’s player attendance.
My Teams:
- Overview of teams that a user is coaching, including teams from multiple clubs.
- See basic team information like division and section information.
- League admins can see all of the teams/programs they are apart of and can filter through their teams.
Player Roster:
- View a list of team players.
- View Player Information such as Image, Name, Jersey Number, Parent’s Names, Emails, & Phone Numbers.
- Contact parents via email and phone.
Team News:
- View team news and related information.
- Compose and publish team news from the app.
- Edit and delete news.
- Include links in news.
Team Messages
- View team messages and create new messages.
- Edit and delete messages.
- Include links in messages.
Team Events:
- Create team events with information like title, where, and when.
- View a list of which players can attend team practices, games, and meetings.
- Edit and delete events.

Nice concept but can’t sync with calendar on iPhone

Great app concept but buggy. It says use the top right button to download the calendar to you iPhone but there’s no “top right button” on the Events page to download the calendar invites.Plus. All the content doesn’t fit on the screen properly, it’s cut off. Poor testing.

It feels like this app was designed by people who don’t actually use it. The basics are just wrong. For example, in the calendar view, the upcoming event is buried at the bottom of a long list filled with other games and practices—so you end up scrolling endlessly to find it. On top of that, checking attendance is frustrating: to see whether you’ve marked your kid as attending, you have to click “Mark attendance” on each individual event. There’s no quick visual indicator in the main list. These are simple presentation issues that show a lack of understanding of how real users interact with the app.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a more poorly designed mobile app. You could use AI to redesign the whole thing in 5 minutes. Truly humorously bad. Example: an “eye” icon where you’re supposed to click? What is this. Navigation is bizarre. Necessary info is 10 clicks deep. Buttons all look weird. I’m required to use it but I feel like I’m taking crazy pills every time I use it. Please please - for all the busy parents out there - please redesign this app.
