App crashing work around
I've only had this watch and app for a day but I think I've discovered at least one of the main problems with the app crashing. The first time it crashed was after I set a few alarms and it would crash every time I tried to open it. I deleted the app, reinstalled and went through the whole process again. Same thing happened when I set the alarms, it crashed. I deleted it, reinstalled, haven't set any alarms and now I've been able to get into the app several times today with no issues of crashing. Random and slightly annoying but happy that it hasn't crashed again!
Getting better!
Getting a little better since last review. 1. Weight calculation is totally screwed up. Have screen shots but can’t post here. 2. App support link in the App center doesn’t work.

Firmware update needed but otherwise great now
I turned off my auto screen shut down on my phone and clicked the firmware update button on the app. Worked fine for me and so far the watch is excellent. 1st day of ownership. Will update if things change.
