I have had ADS as my Security Service Provider for several years now & have remained impressed with their genuine concern, dedication & professional service - which each & every one of their staff, including Supervisors, has illustrated consistently throughout our relationship. They have shown compassion during times of unforeseen, difficult financial struggles- proving their genuine concern for my continued safety, which is absolutely priceless!

Their response time to all alerts was impeccable & impressive which has allowed myself the piece of mind one needs in a Security Provider(s) as well as, supplying the most UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT & System Communication capabilities... their App used with their Services/System has been both continuously reliable & a literal JOY to navigate with such an impressive, user friendly control panel & has undoubtedly added great value to their overall system & has eased my mind over the years, in supplying me with the convenient tools, in hand, that today’s advanced systems require for both reliability & controlled functionality by the user, when at home or most importantly AWAY from their (our) precious home, business, pets, loved ones & belongings!

I recently switched to ADS from a different security provider for several reasons, but mainly due to the genuineness of Steve (salesman) and James (technician). Steve went out of his way to research products and find the best fit system for our needs. James and his sidekick Daniel relentlessly and patiently worked to optimize as much equipment as they could that I already owned as well as the additional equipment that I purchased! I also appreciate how ADS does not lock down your equipment! You are able to do and program with it as you please which was a big change from my last security company. I would recommend ADS to anyone! Thank you!

After being transferred 5 times to report my system beeping and saying low battery 12 living. I was first told they couldn’t help me till 12-1 pm the next day. So I am supposed to listen to constant beeping till then. After that was told there was a cancellation and a rep would be out between 9am and 1pm today. The calls went in Vector and they couldn’t see my account as it just changed from ADS. The reps not all of them but 2 let me know it wasn’t their issue and basically didn’t care then told me to “have a blessed day”
When someone lets me know they aren’t doing anything to help and says “have a blessed day “ it comes out as condescending and insulting. They definitely didn’t say “I am sorry you are having an issue “ your customer service needs work. Doesn’t sound like you value me as a customer.
