AEE ZONE 4+

This app is great if you’re just trying to get your photos/videos off of an action cam. However it’s not optimized very well to be used with newer (iPhone X) devices. It is very difficult to change the camera settings without the app crashing. For basic usage this app is great however it really needs to be optimized and be made easier to use. The interface is difficult to navigate and is confusing.

This app is very easy to use and works well. However, it’s crashed on me a few times and causes me to lose recordings I was making. Please fix this!

I change the review comments, IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME DURING FLIGHT! Also, I can’t get the pictures and videos off the camera very easily. When I go to the library, the files are there but they are just grey and not able to be viewed or downloaded to my phone. After I shut the camera and app off a few times I eventually get to the files and they can be viewed and downloaded. I’m very upset at this because my wife worked hard to get this drone for me surprising me at Christmas. Now, it is difficult to enjoy fully because I can’t reliably record and retrieve video and pictures! Please help make this work! Please update this and fix it!

This app is very bad. Go into photos click done and it crashes every time. Open app in landscape mode and all the graphics are squished. Need to swipe through and pick your device each and every time you open the app. It never remembers your settings megapixels or resolution. Preview isn’t working. There’s no way to tell storage space remaining like you can see on the camera. I can only activate time lapse photos on the app and can only activate time lapse video on the camera. The features of the devices aren’t in sync with the app. I’m sure there are more issues to report but my final verdict is to wish I would have bought the GoPro it’s worth the extra money not to deal with the frustration of this app.
