Aegean Airlines 4+

First time using Aegean airline website and i have to stay it’s the easiest to use, no glitches, here is looking at you Iberia and Ryan air! Super easy check-in process, was even able to check-in my luggage, just need to scan electronic tag once I’m in the airport!!

For my one reservation, it worked as expected. I was able to do the basic functions of the booking such as changing seats and checking in. However, the layout of the bookings is not very favorable. When I purchased a second reservation through the United App (with miles), I was not able to pull my booking through the app. I was able to pull my booking via the Aegean Website. No matter what I do, I cannot pull my reservation through the app. It is extremely poor. Also, customer service is only reachable by phone, not even a chat function through the app. Even via social media that claims to be 24/7, very poor response time. I messaged Aegean at 6:26pm, I did not receive a response until 3:24am just for them to tell me to call the customer service hotline.

Developers…you should test your own app before publishing it and think about how and which customers will use it… 1. Signing up with email / password and having password auto-generated from KeyChain doesn’t work. The page just refreshes and brings you back to the same screen where you need to fill out everything again from the start. 2. Country codes for mobile phones are listed alphabetically (since I’m sure you get many passengers from Afganhistan…). When scrolling down to U there is no United States or USA. Turns out USA, Puerto Rico and other areas using +1 are listed under Canada. Besides being very impractical here’s a secret: never put USA under Canada, it will not make you popular :)
