La app oficial de Aena ofrece la información de vuelos y servicios de los 43 aeropuertos españoles gestionados por Aena, entre los que destacan A.S Madrid-Barajas, J.T. Barcelona-El Prat, Palma de Mallorca, etc.

Descarga la app y podrás:

• Planificar tu viaje, escaneando la tarjeta de embarque o buscando directamente tu vuelo, destino o aerolínea (localiza tu vuelo hasta con 2 semanas de antelación).
• Recibir notificaciones y ofertas personalizadas en tiempo real: terminal de salida o llegada, mostrador de facturación, puerta de embarque, cinta de recogida equipaje, cupones de descuento, etc.
• Navegar por los mapas detallados con los servicios del aeropuerto: controles y filtros de seguridad y pasaporte, restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, alquiler de coches, etc.
• Desplazarte por el aeropuerto calculando rutas de un punto a otro con el servicio de AenaMaps. Disponible en A.S.Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Málaga-Costa del Sol y Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández
• Solicitar un servicio de asistencia PMR.
• Reservar y/o comprar servicios de Parking, Salas Vip, Fast Track o Fast Lane (carril rápido) y Meet&Assist.
• Consultar todas las promociones y ofertas activas en cada aeropuerto.

Useful

Not a bad application. You could save in your flight and it will notify you about gate, Last Call, etc.
you can book a parking via app as well.

Slow and silly restrictions

Trying to book parking in a hurry and a password reset is requested. Once a reset email is requested it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the reset email to come in. So we don’t have time and just try to book without logging in. But we get an error that booking cannot be made as email is registered but not logged in. Ok let’s start all over and use another email. 20 minutes into the processs we got a parking reservation and emails for password reset are coming in. Since we impatiently tried it a few times we now have to find the last one that works. Got it and I’m back in my account. Lots of restrictions on pasting passwords or using password apps. So lots of typing was involved. Now I figured I will add my reservation I just made with another email, guess what… yes exactly… that is not allowed, only reservations with the email used to log in can be added. So let’s log out to manage the reservation…
