How do I reset the amount saved to 0?

Cutting down and eventually quitting

I have looked at a couple other “quit smoking” apps but none of them had the daily tracking feature of cigarettes like Aeris does. I’ve only been smoking for about 7 years so hopefully quitting will be a little easier. Instead of quitting cold turkey, I wanted to first drastically cut down how many cigarettes I was smoking daily and Aeris allows me to add a time for each cigarette during the day. This lets me see the time between each cigarette and gradually cut my numbers down easily. Thank you so much for this app!!!

Helpful!

I don’t think I’m going to stick with this though. It crashes when I try to open it about half the time. Quick restart fixes that though.

It’s beautifully designed! My favorite part is the health section that tracks your progress to becoming as healthy as a non smoker.

Things I think would improve the app:
-a setting to customize or remember most frequently used tobacco, craving, and quit aids so you can log one with a just two taps
- haptic feedback upon pressing “log” so you’re not left wondering if you pressed it while it loads
- a history of thumbnails of the circular graphs. Currently you can see your history but it’s just a list, not in graph form.

Overall great job! More affordable than other options, which I appreciate
