You can now book any of our customized individual fitness programs, personal training, or group fitness classes from our app. This will save you time so your can quickly go from work to work out and back.
We've always had spacious change rooms, showers and lockers to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. And now we also make it even easier to get to the fitness class you want.
