Vas a encontrar las siguientes secciones:

* Comprá tu pasaje: vas a poder reservar y pagar tus viajes en tres simples pasos y con la mejor financiación.

* Mis Viajes: Mantenete informado sobre el estado de tus vuelos, solicitá cambios, devoluciones o servicios especiales , seleccioná tus asientos o comprá equipaje adicional.

* Hacé tu Check-in: ahora es más fácil, obtené el código QR para el embarque de tu próximo vuelo. Desde la sección de “Mis Viajes” tendrás disponible tu boarding pass actualizado en todo momento, además de poder descargarlo en tu dispositivo o enviarlo vía mail.

* Canjear tus millas ArPlus: mucho más rápido, desde la aplicación vas a poder realizar el canje de tu próximo vuelo.

* Conocé el estado de tu vuelo: Dentro de las 24 horas previas a tu viaje, podés consultar el estado.

*Bandeja de Mensajes: Activá las alertas y enterate de las mejores promociones, ofertas y financiación.

*Información útil: Podés acceder a información referente a equipaje, viaje con menores de edad, mascotas y consejos para viajeros.

*Contacto: Comunicate con nuestro Contact Center o suscribite a nuestras promociones.

Nothing works

It would be helpful if they had an English version. But putting that part aside, I was unlucky enough to have one segment of my journey from Argentina to the USA on this airline. It was my first segment so I had to check in with them to get to my next flight on Delta. That was an absolute fiasco. Tried for 2 hours to check in on the app. Finally figured out how to check in on the website. Had to take a screenshot of my computer screen to have a boarding pass as the app never displayed it.

Then, day of flight I try to use the app for flight status. The app didn’t recognize that the flight existed. As I am boarding my flight now; the app still has no record of the flight. What??!! This is crazy! I don’t speak Spanish so was hoping to use the app for flight status, gate info, the usual stuff every other airline app on the planet has. But, nope.

Total fail.

Boarding Pass

This has to be the only airline app that doesn’t allow you to add the boarding passes to Apple Wallet. It is awful. When you need the boarding pass, you have to open their app and remember where it was. It is terrible. If it’s an iOS app, it should benefit from all Apple perks.

Does not support English or any other language besides Spanish!

Like the airline but after years of complaints they still don’t have the app in the universal language, ENGLISH!!!!!
