New Acct Number Won’t Load

Ever since we all received new act numbers the app has not updated! The app is still stuck on the Oct billing cycle so I cannot use the app to look at my bills or track my payments. Very frustrating!

AES is HORRIBLE!

Ever since we had the switch over, paying my bill is ridiculously difficult. I have technical difficulties paying on the phone. It doesn’t “remember” my form of payment despite using the same method of payment for years. I am told there’s an error even after typing in all the information for the umpteenth time. Try for the millionth time to log into the app. Can’t seem to get in there either. Do they want my money or not???

Update with new account number changes

Since everyone was updated to new account numbers I cannot see my bills as the last one it shows was back in oct 2023. When will this be updated?
