اسوء خدمة شفتها في المطاعم السعودية ، تطلب ويطول الطلب وتتصل عليهم وتجلس على الخط اكثر من عشر دقايق بدون رد وتكلمهم واتساب بعد مامشيت علشان تطلب رد المبلغ او استلام من فرع اخر ويقول لا يمكن ..

بعد مادفعت ورحت استلم الطلب وصورت الشاشة للكاشير قالي ماوصلني الطلب! وبعدها بلحظات وصلني اشعار من البرنامج انه تم استلام الطلب من المطعم!! خدمة العملاء ردوا علي بعد ساعتين انهم بيشوفون المشكلة ولا تواصلوا معي! مع ان الوجبة سعرها بسيط وكان بالامكان اي شخص من خدمة العملاء يشرح لي بطريقة بسيطة كان تقبلت الموضوع لكن ما اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بكل موظف تقاعس والله يقتص حقي بيوم الحساب.
