I am using the app for many years and I can only say thank you to the team behind the hard work that they do to make this amazing tool available to affiliates, easy navigation, control of work orders and many more - I noticed also improvements and updates that makes the app even better
Great App!
I have been using the app now for several years. Once you get used to working with it, it is great! Just a learning curve but all our techs and admins use it. No complaints!
Complete waste of time! Does not work!
We get emails saying go to the app to accept a work order and there’s nothing under pending work orders.
We emailed true source back and we only get emails back Stating go to the app under pending work orders.
This goes back-and-forth to three times until they retract the work order
My opinion is this is a complete waste of time
