Affiliate Connect 4+

We get emails saying go to the app to accept a work order and there’s nothing under pending work orders.
We emailed true source back and we only get emails back Stating go to the app under pending work orders.
This goes back-and-forth to three times until they retract the work order
My opinion is this is a complete waste of time

Work orders from True Source using this app always take significantly longer to do costing their clients more money. Very buggy and frustrating to use. Use Service Channel IVR. It works much better.

This app errors all of the time whether it’s location is off. It loses signatures etc. I have mentioned some better fixes for example the needing a signature before you can take notes is just obscure. You should be able to do all of your work take your notes and then go talk to a manager to get a signature and have all your notes in hand. I literally screenshot signatures and when the app confirms that it completed work because I hear all the time how I didn’t get a signature or something like that and I told him to refer to the pictures. It also has only 500 characters that it allows in the notes which doesn’t always even allow for proper notes especially if you’re trying to quote something that requires detail of the issue plus a bunch of parts. The App software was designed so poorly that you can’t even use the zoom feature on your camera. You literally have to open up your camera and take a picture and then upload it to the app if you want to use your zoom. I could literally go all day long.Unfortunately it’s very sad how poorly this App is made and that no one is trying to fix it or listen to my suggestions. my guess is that they don’t have a very experienced team that designed this.
