Touch ID is a problem
Love the app except that it will not keep Touch ID activated. Each time I turn it on it turns itself off. Was told it is because of some setting on my phone but obviously many other users having the same issue so I doubt that.
Latest update took away facial recognition
Facial recognition no longer works and the bank tells me this is normal. A bank rep even told me her husband has the same issue and was surprised when I told her the facial rec software that “they don’t have” worked fine until the most recent update.
Don’t know if they’ll read their reviews but hopefully they’ll figure this out.
Used to be great
Was a great app until you “updated” it & now the Touch ID is broken. Will not stay on. It’s not my phone it’s your app. All settings on the phone & in the app are set correctly, yet every time I open the app I have to manually log in.
Also, would be great if I could transfer to any account (i.e. my adult sons) not just my own.
