Do not like it!
Have to do 4 or more clicks to see recent checking account transactions.
No way to set a default account in the profile.
Opening page is slicker, but function and intuitiveness of site have suffered.
New is not always improved
I can check my current account balances, I think. Pending transactions and balance after each transaction is not easily found or determined. I had trouble depositing a check, because the photo functions jammed. It took 7 tries, to include rebooting the app and the phone. What’s going on on here? Never had this problem before the update. I hope these are issues that can be resolved without overhauling the look of the app again.
Mobile deposit doesn’t work, neither does transfer!
This banking app doesn’t support even the most basic virtual banking functions. I am well and truly fed up with it. The mobile deposit feature still doesn’t work; it has never worked since the new version of the app rolled out. I e spent countless hours on the phone with credit union reps trying to find workarounds-fruitlessly.
I have a small business and often get paid by check—checks that I can’t deposit without searching out an ATM or open branch around the city—during COVID shutdown.
It is essentially the worst. Two thumbs down.
