JUST BUY THE BOOK

Don't buy their eBooks unless you have no choice. This is one of the most inconvenient eBooks I have ever used. You can't zoom easily, and the keyword search is garbage. You can look up the texts with words you search but only the snippets that show up on the search bar. When you try to go to the page where the text is found, it keeps taking you back to the beginning of the chapter... for EVERY keyword you search. DON'T USE THIS eBook! You will regret it.

App Problems

I am running app version 6.3. While the App technically does work on my MAC, it has issues. If the computer is not on wifi when the app starts, the app is sluggish/frozen briefly before it continues, even though I have already downloaded all videos. When I am finished with a class and I close the app, I always get an "app crash" dialog box to either send to Apple or ignore. While this technically does not affect the app's use, it still shouldn't "crash" when I close the app. On occasion, when changing videos, I get short app freezes.

Cannot use the app, wish I got the book instead

Just downloaded the app….it shutdowns every time I open it. Can’t read the ebook unless connected to the internet.
The ebook is useless if I can’t use it during the ACLS class. Also, I don’t remember reading a clause stating the ebook could only be used while connected. The app would have been pratical if it worked. I’m not sure what’s the purpose of offering an ebook that cannot be downloaded on the computer. Very disappointed.
