Description

The Question Builder helps patients prepare for medical visits so they get the most from their appointments. Users enter details such as date, healthcare provider, and reason for the visit. Next, they can choose or customize questions they want to ask at their appointment. Users are prompted to describe their symptoms and concerns in ways that will save time for both themselves and their medical providers. Users can add appointment information to their e-calendar and send details to their personal email account.

Version 2.0

This version supports bug fixes and updates that make the experience smoother and more straightforward. We adjusted colors and spaced out the input fields a bit more to group things together that are related.

Great Preparation Tool

QuestionBuilder has been an incredibly useful tool when it comes to preparing for my doctor visits. With a busy life, it’s helpful to have a place to write down all my questions so I don’t forget something when I get to my appointment. It’s like a grocery list for the doctor’s office!

Really helpful for thinking through my appointment

This app helps me think about the questions I need to ask my doctor and prepare for the questions my doctor will ask me. I email myself the answers and then pull that email up when I visit the doctor.

App is hugely helpful

Love this app, I use it all the time to get questions ready for my moms doctors appointments.
