AI Bot: Ask Questions 4+

After accessing free Lifetime subscription, app freezes. Kill app, go back in and am faced with subscription choices again. Choose Lifetime option again and app freezes. Rinse, repeat, same results.

Update:
The developer has reached out to me with a valid explanation as to the unexpected issues that were beyond their control. They are diligently working to resolve the problem, so I’m updating my rating to neutral (3 stars) until I have the opportunity to experience all the features in the app. I look forward to being able to raise my rating.

I downloaded this on June 1st, as it advertised a free lifetime membership (for that day only) and thought I'd try it out. It initially accepted my user name and password, but then it stopped working before I could do anything. I tried to activate the "lifetime membership" that was promised, but that also failed! It still shows as "pending" in my purchases. I tried to send feedback through the app today, but received another error and it was not sent. If they get it working for me, I'm willing to adjust my review, but as it stands right now, it essentially does nothing but go to the login screen.

*Update - it now starts, but the free lifetime membership offer (which is why I downloaded it) is gone and there is a message saying not to create a login.

Were you able to access the payment screen and select the free lifetime option between June 1 - June 5? If so, you’re good to go. If it shows up again, simply click the X in the top right to exit.
We're experiencing AI server issues due to high demand. We're working hard to resolve this and hope to have it fixed by the end of the week. We are discouraging users from logging in until then.

I downloaded this app as part of a free trial. The payroll section was glitchy, and I kept having to sign out sign back in. I even went so far as to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
This app is not user-friendly in anyway and I’m sorry. Needs a lot more work before it should be put out. That’s just my opinion.
