AI Cleaner: Clean up storage Ratings and Reviews

app showed me WHAT it wanted to “clean”. i got to make the choice. kept some deleted some. seemed so easy to do. have a choice of subscription for day or month. i’d like only for the day. this is only piece of equip i have at present. i see no sense in paying for a month when i need only a day/time.
i’ve not gone back in & looked at all of it, but as said it showed me what it was offering as a duplicate.
this was just what i wanted.
if the daily thing works, i am an extra happy camper. THANKS‼️ i’m always leary of stuff like this‼️‼️

Honestly it has been a help, and i do like the app. and I thought it would be easy and it was. until, then when is said this thing that “you only have 10 cleans today” and at first i didnt think much of it. Cuz I thought i could go back and delete the remaining. but no. I now have to wait until tomorrow just to clean out 6 more photos of mine. And if i wanna clean them out today then it shows me a pop up saying about the subscription. I never take it but its annoying that you have to pay just to “clean” your phone when it doesn’t even clean fully. And you only have a “limited” amount of cleans. Also even if you still wanna keep that think abt the limited cleans thing and if wanna clean more then like subscription blah blah blah, then at least increase the amount of limited cleans. At least more than 10. If the developer(s) read this, pls take this into consideration! If you just fix it up then i would automatically change my rating to a 5!

Dear Developers

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of the smart cleaning app which I have been using for the past few months.

Firstly, the app frequently crashes during operation. This instability makes it difficult to schedule and monitor cleaning sessions, defeating the purpose of having a smart cleaning system. Despite several updates, this issue persists, causing significant inconvenience.

Secondly, the navigation algorithm of the app seems flawed. The cleaning device often misses designated areas or cleans the same spot multiple times. This inefficiency not only wastes time but also leaves parts of my home uncleaned. I have meticulously set up the virtual boundaries and cleaning zones, yet the app fails to adhere to these settings

Additionally, the app's user interface is not intuitive. Important features are buried under multiple menus, making it cumbersome to make adjustments on the fly. A more streamlined and user-friendly interface would greatly enhance the user experience.

I urge you to address these concerns promptly. I am hopeful that with the necessary improvements, Ai Smart cleaner can provide the efficient and reliable service that was promised. Please let me know how and when these issues will be resolved.

I downloaded this app from the Apple Store. I then paid the $9.99 to have it delete my duplicates in my contacts and delete duplicate photos. After that was completed, days later I realized that it took every contact at the same company and put every phone number and email address under one person at the company. I now have no idea which person is calling or texting me. They DO NOT have a live person to speak with! I tried to ask for one of their tech people to call me and help me get it back the way it was. They “claim” that they put a copy of what you have on to the cloud, but nothing was there. Apple can’t help. Apple does not vet apps! The CS at Ai Cleaner talks in circles. They have screwed me!!! It will take me 67 hours to get my contacts back to where they were before I purchased this app. DON’T waste your money or time on this app. Go somewhere else! Their customer service is the worst!!!

While I thought that this was going to be a great app to have, fully knowing that I have many duplicate pictures and this would be helpful for me to clean my phone up and clear space off of. Unfortunately, I never even was able to get further than the initial steps because the app would suddenly shutdown. This happened repeatedly. I even tried to update, uninstall and reinstall, contact anyone, each time I press a button the app crashes. I have tried to cancel the subscription, but am not sure that that even went through.

This could have been of great use to me, but due to its ever crashing abilities this app does not come close to meeting my expectations. Keep trying guys, this is a great app if you can fix all the bugs that it has. Oh, and if you read this…cancel my subscription. Thank you!

Too soon to tell..I am still not 100% certain this was not a scam to get my info. Too many request with limited option regarding “ ALLOW FULL ACCESS” the word FULL” should be illegal there should be a limit to what AI cleaner should request. Never should full access be an option only keep that with Apple or Google but one source… wish me luck hope this wasn’t a mistake. Hello from Ventura CA

I downloaded this app hoping it would simplify things, but it ended up creating more headaches. The biggest mistake I made was including the calendar portion. Ever since, I’ve been bombarded with non-stop pop-ups every few minutes telling me that the app “cannot respond to event invitation.” It’s incredibly disruptive and frustrating.

I’ve tried everything to stop it — deleted the calendar app, even reset my phone — but the notifications won’t go away. Nothing seems to fix it! I just want the pop-ups to stop. If you’re thinking about using this app, be very careful with what features you allow access to. I regret downloading it.

I got the app and it said it was (free) more like you have to pay it does not cost that much money. I tried it for free but on the add I watched it was like (click this button and done) but no I got so confused and then I click to do something and the it gave me the screen (pay 0.59 a week or 2.99 a month you can try for free but you! Yourself Have to delete your photo I rather spend my time on deleting photos (not on an app) and not having to waste my iCloud space on an so called (AI cleaner) and please do not waste your money and time on this stupid app Sorry if I am being rude but it is the TRUTH

The app may be more useful for people with more duplicate photos however if you don’t it is completely useless and for some reason it asks for information about your contacts not sure if this is just taking info ,please take this into consideration and I will be deleting the app soon it gets rid of duplicates and blurry photos plus one. I forgot some of those blurry photos are important and you have to manually get rid of each thing that you don’t want unless you’re getting rid of

First off they lied about free app
and than charged my apple wallet for 59 cents for seven days than they give you options for several prices and than I wanted to delete and they directed me to someone else that did not have any options to delete. That and the fact when they went to my contacts and I keep all
of my apps that I had in contacts with my user name and my password. Nobody has answered me back on getting them but photos will give you the option to get them back within 30 days and they also deleted all my birthdays and when they passed away.

Additionally, the device asks the user to accept these payments in order to manage the subscription to our app. The app makes a backup copy of all your contacts automatically before any cleaning process. When iCloud is available, this backup is stored there. Once done, you can restore all contacts, a subset, or a single contact.
