AI Emojis Keyboard 4+

It’s definitely worth the 1 year subscription cost. I didn’t purchase the pro so idk how different that is but I use this app daily. I have to stay active in an app called teams on a daily basis for my job. this app has helped me tremendously by increasing my chat engagement which is tracked. we’re expected to provide at least 250+ messages weekly and it’s helped me create fun content to send in there😂

I just got this app today and had one free generation, so I tried to generate an emoji using an image of an anime girl. At first, it looked like the process was going well, and it even wrote a prompt/description of the image accurately (“smiling girl with pink hair”). But then I got an error saying it couldn’t detect a face, so the upload/generation process got cancelled, and so I didn’t get any emoji result. I decided to try again with a different image, but it said I had 0 free generations left!!! I didn’t even get to MAKE an emoji! So how would I have used up my free generation if it didn’t even work or generate an emoji at all?! I am outraged. I want my free generation back. This is extremely unfair and I (as well as anyone else who may have had this issue) deserve better. I haven’t even gotten to make an emoji because of this insanity. I shouldn’t have to pay for more generations just because of a stupid bug that kept me from even being able to properly use my free generation that was already provided to me free of charge when I first joined. Otherwise, I’m basically being ripped off over the app’s failure to do its job. Please fix this issue. And please give me back my free regeneration too.

So… I really liked the idea of this app. It seemed very neat and it is to an extent. I asked for an Emoji of the Sun. It made one with a face which I hadn’t originally taken into consideration. I went to ask for a new one without a face but it said I had to subscribe. I saw it wasn’t too expensive and I thought it would be worth it. I reentered the prompt after I paid and I made sure to be specific. It gave me a yellow-haired demon thing?? I then tried other prompts to other completely different things. A couple were okay, but most it just seemed like it didn’t understand what I was asking for. I asked for the Alabama flag and it gave me a white cross outlined in red with red stripes and holes in the middle? Okay, so that’s when I realized it wasn’t worth the money. So in conclusion, I was hoping I could have a refund. It wasn’t too much money so if a refund isn’t really possible, then I guess I’ll have to deal with it. Thank you.
