Disappointing

Took me 2 hours just to connect my phone to my a/c unit. Finally figured out the directions that came with the unit are incorrect on what to do. Even after my phone was connected the app barely controlled my unit i would adjust the temperature on my phone and it would not adjust on my ac unit. I would also have to try like 5 times just to get the unit to turn off with the app. Guess I’ll just keep using the old fashioned remote.

Can’t pair my air conditioner

I tried more times than I can count to pair my app account with my air conditioner so that I can control it with my phone. I have done everything the instructions said, tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations and still can’t get it to pair. My only remaining guess is that there’s something wrong on the company server side. Until they fix that or update the app I’m stuck using using it manually.

Don’t waste your time

I agree with the other person. I’ve sat here following all the directions, which includes pressing buttons that are not named on my remote eight times until something beeps. It won’t get past the point of connecting to the Wi-Fi. I’ve connected to their and it just keeps saying now connect to the Wi-Fi. I’m going to use my remote control.
