Update: upped the rating a bit because the developer had excellent customer service and got back to me promptly. Heads up- it does not work for regular text messages.I have the premium service and it still doesn’t block the spam texts. I followed the directions to set it up as well. I even check to see if Foxy can tell the message is spam and it can but doesn’t stop them at all. Seems like the spam messaging has even increased. I would suggest getting a different service. I would like a refund.
Was great at first, but it’s like something was turned off and I’m getting all kinds of spam text.. Use to I didn’t care but now I’m getting 5 and 6 or more a day.. It’s all junk.. Forgotten packages, I gave corrupt apps, my cloud has been hacked, on and on… It’s like I have no protection at all.. I may just delete you, go with something else and you can keep my money..

The most likely reason why it failed to work is Apple decided to offload the app due to not being opened after a while to make some space available for the phone. The simplest and quickest solution is to uninstall the app and install again. It should work just fine after that. Please have a try and let us know how it goes. Thanks.
Recently, I’ve been receiving spam emails via SMS text messaging. The App fails to block them or send them to the junk folder. I also receive spam text messages from random phone numbers. These are not four digit numbers. Seams like nothing works these days. The spammers outsmart all kinds of spam blockers including Apple’s. If this continues I will cancel my premium membership because it has become useless.

I like that I don’t get spam texts anymore but I don’t get texts I need anymore either. They still pop up on my mac but I don’t get on there often enough.
Literally purchased the year of this app and within 24 hours my spam texts actually doubled. No recourse. No customer service, no email replies. 10 thumbs down.
Since downloading this app I hardly ever get spam calls. 👍🏽
