Not doing what I thought it would

I typed in my text- Dollar bills started vanishing from people’s hands. Poof!
Suddenly all transactions didn’t have sufficient funds. Poof!- and it showed money on a table with a hand. Nothing happened.

I was looking for an AI video app that could animate my book for trailers. And… this isn’t really what I had in mind.

And there are credits to use but when you sign up, it doesn’t explain how much you get a month or what. Just that you can earn more by recommending. Now I know why my feeds are promoting this app.

I am sure it does cool stuff but just not what I am looking for. So I wanted out within the first project. There is no clear way to cancel your subscription. No button to contact support or information the like. Googled how to cancel and looks like many want to know too. So, beware… if you are like me and wondering how on earth can I get my $40 bucks back.

And please, customer service, if you read this, how do I contact you? I’d like to cancel within the first 24 hours so you don’t come back with unable to process your request.

too expensive, limited capability

I was very excited to try this app so I paid the required up front fee (thank goodness i picked the weekly subscription) and accessed the capabilities. First of all, you have to follow their template which means you can't really create want you want. The one feature to "tell it what you want" is again very limited, you can't edit it and you wont find it accurate if you try to use popular landmarks. The app is good for curious users and the videoa are high quality, but , you can't really use it much. also, the clips it creates are only 5secs long ;to make it worse, the subscription is not the only fee they charge, you have to purchase coins within the app to continue to create clips. basically for a $6.99 weekly subscription, i got to create 6-7 clips that are 5secs long and in less than 10 hours i was told i couldnt create more and need to wait another 160 hours unless I want to purchase coins. huh? what is the weekly subscription for? needless to say, it looks to me the app was created for a quick buck to monetize on the AI frenzy and the value of the product is little compared to the investement.

The actual truth

First of you can’t image to video and do any of the squeeze or make it cake or anything like they even though it offers a section for each ..where you upload an image in the box you tap it nothing happens .. it won’t let you upload an image at all in any part of this app lol .. so all those cool effects they probable got you here do not work in app .. second anything you Text to Vid every thing you enter renders into a 5 second all black video with no sound or image .. lol take thet back it does render the Inside of a black hole really well over and over .. your better off walking up to a wall with a dragon and asking it to draw a photo on itself than to get video out of this app.. its honestly hilarious if this is the app model .. show cool effects you can do ..lure in unsuspecting buyers , make the app a rock with words on it then they crushed it .. if you purchase this app and think your about to turn your gf into a cake and cut it with a knife and get some sweet loving for your amazing tech skill it’s not gonna happen .. 👊😉 fawk this app lol
