This app is designed with you in mind to enhance the interaction between the company and the client. It offers a platform for existing and potential clients.
The AIC Mobile App features:
Motor, Property, & Liability Policies
You will be able to:
· view the description of the item(s) insured, the effective and expiration dates of coverage, and the Certificate of Insurance.
· receive timely renewal notifications of when a policy is about to expire and when your claim or quotation request status changes.
· file and keep track of claims
· request an insurance quotation
· view office locations and obtain directions
· place calls to any of our offices and speak to a customer service representative.
Prospective clients will have limited access but can request a quote, view office locations, and place calls to any of our offices.
Some restrictions apply, subject to underwriting guidelines.
