Great to track what I eat and how I feel after. You can literally just take a pic of your food and it figures out what’s in it, how much, and even points out stuff that might be triggering symptoms. Super cool.Best thing: I contacted the developers about a feature I thought would help, and they actually added it a few days later. Like, who does that?? So nice to feel like they really care!Still a few things that could be better, but overall I’m really excited for the future features. Especially for the AI stuff they’re working on. Hoping it finally helps me figure out what’s been messing with my gut.If you’re dealing with food sensitivities or mystery symptoms, def worth checking out.

I am a family physician in a rural area and I often have patients with low resources and chronic upset stomach who have a hard time tracking their triggers. Tracking food intake is a challenge even with an experienced dietician, so Gut Hero has been a godsend for these folks. I’ve found myself recommending it to patients more and more frequently alongside regular visits to the doctor!

Extremely slick app. Been struggling with IBD for years but was never consistently able to log my habits/symptoms. Highly recommend Aidy— it makes it so easy to do it and it’s even shown me some triggers that I would’ve never discovered myself.

Gut Hero has been great for managing my IBD, it helps me figure out what I can safely eat without feeling horrible and track my flares. Hoping they add a way to track appointments soon but I think they will since the devs are always asking for feedback.
