- Describe in detail what help or information you need
- Wait for your superhero, this may take some time.
- Get ready to answer their questions.
- Be kind and tolerant of helpers. They help from the bottom of their hearts.
- All the helpers in the application do good deeds for free. Never offer to pay for help.
- Be sure to leave words of gratitude to the helpers in the application - they will be pleased, while others will get evidence that kindness exists.

- Do not hesitate to clarify what help is needed if you are not confident about it.
- Agreed to help, but the plans have changed dramatically? Please report this.
- Be open, tolerant, and willing to explain, people do not always know how to accept help.
