One app for all my health info

I like how you could link your apple health app into this, my insurance, my doctors, my prescriptions and exercise goals all in one place.
The interface is straight simple. I love the custom made goals and suggestions I get, there is scope for even better automated suggestions.

Promising, but missing conditions?

This app is exactly what I was looking for—a serious app focused on rare/chronic conditions, that integrates both with an EMR and Apple Health/wellness trackers. They look relatively new but legit so I decided to sign up & share my data as a way to support & hopefully track what I need. Ran into issues right off the bat when they ask you to enter both diagnosed & suspected rare conditions you might have—neither of mine showed up in their database—so I couldn’t proceed. Hope they get some of these bugs worked out because it is a perfectly-envisioned tool. They are on to something. Good luck!

Thanks so much for giving our app a try. We are very appreciative of the feedback and you alerting us of this bug that was preventing the symptom list from populating. We have fixed it and it should be updated in a release out in the next few days

So far I enjoy it

It’s easy to use and encourages me to log my symptoms. My phone is in my hand a lot so it’s super easy to just put it in and not put it off until later for days on end and then forgetting about tracking altogether lol. One thing I can’t figure out: is there a way to delete a condition from my list? I accidentally tapped on postpartum depression, but I never had that and it’s skewing my graphs.

Glad to hear you are enjoying the app. We are taking this feedback to be able to delete conditions and it should be updated in our next release. Thank you so much for the feedback!
