The AimFit App provides access to fitness classes which can be followed along from home. Classes can be played on Mobile, Tablet or TV (via chromecast). The app has a wide variety of workouts - cardio, strength and recovery classes led by world-class AimFit certified instructors, designed especially for women of all fitness levels. These classes can be joined LIVE or you can choose to do a class at your own time from a library of 100s of workouts.
Classes are led by AimFit’s outstanding instructors specializing in Dance, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and LIFT. Special classes for beginners and postpartum recovery are also available. All instructors have in-depth knowledge and years of experience of teaching workouts to women.
Whatever your preference for a workout or your mood, you can choose between the fun of Dance, the power of Pilates, the relaxation of Yoga or the intensity of HIIT and LIFT.
You can join the classes LIVE as the instructor teaches from the studio to engage in real-time. These classes are designed so you never get bored - every day, every class is fresh and different.
If the live class timings don’t suit your schedule, do a workout from one of the 100s of classes available in the on-demand fitness library. New workouts are added every day to this library so you never have to do the same workout again.
Stay motivated to achieve results by comparing your progress in the My Profile section. Track your photo transformation, weight loss and inch loss through the app. See how many classes you have completed each month and compare your achievements with other women on the Leaderboard.
The app is designed to fit into your busy schedule with classes that are 45 minute long. There is no stress of researching or planning your workout as the class includes everything from the warm-up to the cool down.
Whether you have workout equipment at home or not, there is a class for you on the app. Learn how to lift weights safely at home in HIIT and LIFT or just do zero equipment workouts like Dance, Yoga and Pilates.
Workouts are designed and recommended to you according to your needs – Weight loss, Muscle Toning, Flexibility, Dance Cardio, 4-week Beginner workouts are just some programs crafted to help you achieve your goals.

How to pay?
New to AimFit? You are eligible for a free 2-week trial period. Monthly subscriptions are billed per month. Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card entered at confirmation of purchase. Subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
