I used this app to sale my airtime and after transferring the money to the number it showed successful but on the app it was declined. due to poor network. So I message the support team for help and it’s been resolved and I have been credited.
Withdraw issue
I tried airtime to cash because I mistakenly recharged 100k by mistake to my number and I tried to search for an app that can exchange airtime to cash and I found this app then I tried to give it a try, after selling up to 50k , and withdraw half of it, I was immediately credited, but when I tried to withdraw 19,900, I was told my transaction was successful, but I was never credited and I tried to call their customer service, the number was switched off, and also tried to email them after I contacted my bank, I was told the transaction failed that I should get intouch with the creditor, no responses till now and I feel so bad because was scammed, and my advice to anyone trying to use this app is at his or her own risk because they are not legit .
Trouble verification
This app is so trash, I don’t advice anyone who wants to convert Airtime to Cash to use this app, they will debit you immediately and their interest is so high, then the company starts giving you trouble verification in verifying your BVN and your face verification….this is absolutely wrong and their customer care service is also trash, they don’t respond, and if they later respond they only message you once and that’s all. They try to rip me off my money all because of a simple mistake. This is not okay at all. This app is trash. Refund my money now or else I’ll sue your company
