Air Command 4+

This app is absolute garbage. Paid all the money to have the airbags on my truck and it never connects to the system via Bluetooth. Therefore the whole compressor system is worthless. Finding myself manually airing them up and down. Contacted customer support for Firestone and they came up with every excuse in the book to why their system wasn’t working for my vehicle when it’s clearly an app development issue. If you’re thinking this app will make it easy, think again!

If you are having problems with the app, check that the yellow ignition wire is NOT connected to anything. The instructions for the 2610 controller say 3 different times that the yellow ignition switch wire is NOT used with this particular controller. I had mine professionally installed, but they still connected the yellow wire with a jumper on my ignition fuse (which is normally the correct thing to do with systems like these). That causes all kinds of problems with the Air Command App for this system though. After disconnecting the yellow wire and capping it as repeatedly stated in the instructions for the controller, everything is now working properly.

To spend the time and money for developers to make an app that doesn’t work, won’t connect, and offer no help to your customers shows how much this company cares about its customers and product. App does nothing, won’t connect no matter what you do. Like another person said they just want you to buy more of their garbage products. My “ez mount” bracket did not fit, bag brackets were 2” off and I had to make my own. Every part of this group is terrible.
