Now with the user-friendly AirDoctor app, you will be able to receive real time air quality alerts and information, customize air purification settings, and receive filter change alerts while being able to shop for new filters in the app. Our connected experience was designed to make controlling your AirDoctor as easy and convenient as possible.

From anywhere in the world, you can turn your purifier on/off, adjust the fan speed, and or set your purifier on a schedule. Upon setting your location, you will be able to view real time information regarding the air quality in your area including temperature, humidity, pollen count, PM count, ozone, and the air quality index reading. Complementing our most beloved feature, the air quality sensor, our app dashboard displays your indoor air quality by the day or week. The app also gives you collaborative control so that you can share the unit with your family and friends. Additionally, if you have multiple machines, the app is ideal to manage them all, giving you revolutionary experience of control.

Good start but not great

Sign up process not smooth.
Connecting device very good - with help of the paper step by step guide.
Data looks good although dashboard of device could be more intuitive. The zoom in out function looks old school. And some meaningful summary of overall airquality would be better.

Frustrating

It’s annoying when I go to turn on my purifier with this app and it has once again signed me out and I have to log back in. It does this monthly I think. Why? I have other apps that I signed in to over three years ago and those have yet to log me out.

The timer feature is no good either. Should have a schedule feature so I could set it and forget it. It’s dumb that I have to turn it on and then set the timer everyday.

Don’t contact me with directions on how to use the timer. That just shows you’re missing the point.

Great App

I didn’t have an issue download or getting the app downloaded. I recently bought the AirDoctor 3500i and I love it. I love that in the app I can see the weather, pollen count, humidity, etc. I can also control the purifier and see at what levels the filters are at, and dim it from the comfort of my phone if need be.
