Purchase failure

Tried to use the in app purchase with Apple handling the transaction and it was a total fail across the board. Apple is doing a refund and the support people for the subscription while helpful in pointing me to Apple didn’t seem concerned when I told them about the issue.

I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced this problem with the app. We do not normally experience problems with the in-app purchasing within the app so I am surprised to hear this has failed in this instance. I will raise this with our development team and get them to run a full diagnostic check to see if there are any issues that need addressing or whether this was a one-off glitch. If you would like to send us an email at digitalsubscriptions@archant.co.uk I would be happy to set you up with a free month's access to the app to make up for the inconvenience you have experienced.

The description indicted that a free issue was available. Could not locate the free issue to check out it out so this app is useless.
