App No Longer Works

It is no longer possible to “replace” a filter in the app. Removing and reinstalling the app puts you in a worse place: it will not even act on the phone number you enter for initial registration. Perhaps with the improving COVID situation, the developers are heading for the hills on this one, or see the writing on the wall? 😀

Update: (2 Sep 2021) The function to replace a filter has been fixed. However, you now cannot update the app with data collected from the sensor. This is the primary function of the app! Several weeks and no fix for this? I wonder what troubleshooting nightmare they are unnecessarily putting new buyers through, in order to cover their lack of ability to fix their own app?

App not updating

App stopped updating when it’s time to switch out the mask. No matter how many times sync time to replace does not change.

The customer service tries to be helpful

The customer service attempts to be helpful. As others have said, you weren’t able to replace the filter within the app. It got fixed but sensor can’t be updated from phone and even with numerous emails with detailed info and pictures, I still get the “did you try the new app”? I did and if I’m still submitting pics and detailed information it is because there is still a problem. The app can use some QA since there are plenty of typos and non-localized text that hasn’t been translated properly.
