DIES NOT WORK. NO SUPPORT

I downloaded this app because it says it works with all TVs. I have a Sansui. Smart TV. After downloading it, I cannot connect to the TV way to contact the developer to ask what is going on. Also when I click on anything on the app, it brings me back to pay for a sub subscription. I’ve been trying to find ways to reach out this morning canceled the subscription and they charged me for another $6.99 for the week. Nowhere where can I find how I can get help with either the app to work or get my money back

Horrific

Let me get this straight…. I click the button to subscribe with free trial…. After my purchase was complete, literally any button I press in the app forces the “BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION” pop up even though I already did. When I hit okay, it says “you’ve already bought this.” Endless loop of begging for money and not actually working despite me already subscribing. Never have I seen such horrific app development. My high school son could program something better than this in a weekend.
