I am extremely disappointed with this laundry service app. Multiple times, it showed machines as available, but when I arrived, they were all in use. This false information is not just inconvenient but feels predatory, as it leads customers to waste time and money on a service that doesn't deliver on its promises. This app clearly prioritizes profit over user experience. Do not rely on this app for accurate machine availability!

Very satisfied
The app was useful when I was doing was while traveling through Norway. The staff was very helpful with deactivating my account and refunding deposits when I left the country. They responded to the chat request quickly and resolved my issue immediately. Thanks for the great service!

This app is pure dog feces
This app is pure dig feces. If you like dog feces then get this app. It never works and customer so support is non existent. It only succeeds in making you feel like a moron because you put any money it. If you need an app, that allows you to spend money to feel like a moron, then this app is for you.
