● How to use
Easy to use! Just sleep by placing the smartphone that launched the sleeping application on the bedside, sensing the movement of the body while sleeping, and measuring and recording the sleeping state.

1. Start the sleep application
2. Membership registration (free / * 1 Member registration scores available)
3. Set alarm tone etc.
4. Setting alarm time
5. Tap the Start button
6. Check that it took 2 hours before alarm time setting
7. Bedtime sleeping on bedside (* 2)
8. When the alarm goes off and wakes up, please check the sleep data

* 1 By registering as a member, you can display notices such as "sleep column by expert teacher" and "best campaign", and save backup of sleep data.
