UPDATE May 8, 2025: Issue 1 resolved. Issue 4 part 2 resolved (now deleted; was about searching for stores). Keep running into issue 3 though! 😩 So many items are not in stores as advertised through Aisle! Please address this and you’ll be 5 star worthy. 🤩This is such a cool app! Literally just find your deal, buy the product, text your receipt, and get your refund/rebate in two or so days — super simple! Has all the stores and some really neat products. Shows the aisle the items can be found personalized to each store which is also super cool! There are BOGOs, full refunds, coupons, etc.Some things I’ve encountered that need improvement: 1) getting to the offers after you’ve been texted… if I accidentally delete the text thread, how do I get back to the offer? There is no way I see to re-start the offer in the app or get back to it again other than the initial text thread and once that’s gone it seems to just be gone for good? 😔 2) changed mind about an offer and decided I didn’t want it after signing up and there’s no way to clear or delete it from my saved list 3) items not sold at advertised stores /: This happens often. A store supposedly carries the product, but even on ones where it has the aisle you can find the item in, the product won’t be stocked in the stores. Very annoying! 4) missing a Search feature for deals. That would come in handy. (: Otherwise love this app for all the goodies and deals!

I have used aisles since it was a website and didn’t have a problem although it was a bit cumbersome. With the new app system some of my rebates have been missed when I had multiple different product rebates from the same company. When it works I’ve gotten some awesome deals, I use it in conjunction with Ibotta and in store ads and have actually made money purchasing some products. I love when they have a free product because there’s no risk trying something and I have actually tried products that I ended up liking so much I started buying rather than brands I used to buy. You also usually get follow up deals from the companies so it’s nice if you love the product. Just be prepared to babysit your rebate for a few days to make sure you get what you actually put in for and was approved for. If you don’t I haven’t ever gotten a response from the help text number except ones that are automated so I wait to crack the seal on a product until I get my rebate unless I’m prepared to pay the full price for it. But when it works it’s awesome!

Update- I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 because after leaving a 1 star review they acknowledged it and gave me the money for the offer. I did not get the promised $10 so I will still not redownload the app, and shouldn’t have to give a 1 Star review to get paid, but I’m still acknowledging that I did end up getting the payment for the item. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Completed an offer last Monday (7 days ago) and was supposed to get my money 24-48 hours. Support says you need to wait 72. Waited and support gave me the runaround and then just stopped responding. Don’t waste your time.

Aisle used to be one of my favorite apps. I discovered great brands and appreciated the chance to try new products while managing my budget. But over the last few months, it’s been a nightmare. My account has been repeatedly flagged and suspended without warning — even after receiving approved reimbursements. I’ve reached out to support over 20 times since April 2024, and most of my messages have gone completely ignored.I’ve been reactivated multiple times, only to be banned again with no explanation. Offers have disappeared from my app, redemptions go missing, and no one follows up even after I’m told they will. I’ve tried to resolve everything in good faith — even offering to return reimbursements if needed — but the silence from Aisle’s support team is unbelievable.I love what Aisle claims to offer, but the execution has been disorganized, automated, and ultimately disrespectful to loyal users. Until they fix their system and customer service, I can’t recommend this to anyone.
