What's new in this version: • Property obligations: record what a property owes a contractor, a bank or a seller, with instalments and a category, pay each instalment from the property cash box, and get a reminder before it falls due. • Expenses on a specific unit: link an expense to its unit and, if you choose, turn it into a claim on the tenant with a due date you pick. Claims never count as rent. • Collection agent fees: a percentage of what is collected, or a flat amount per week, month or year, with a statement and reminders of what is due. • A new Notifications screen in Settings: every notification choice in one place, and you choose the daily reminder time (12:00 noon in your device's time zone by default). • The main filter stays as you left it after the app is closed, separately for each account. • Every world currency is available, with search. • Renew a contract straight from its details. • Record payments collected before you started using the app in one step, without adding them to the cash box balance. • The cash box is checked on the transaction date: no spending is recorded on a date when the cash box did not hold enough. • Attach the transfer receipt, add a note to an expense or a recurring expense, and delete a receipt or photo where it is shown. • Required fields are marked with an asterisk, and forms explain what is missing before saving. • The official name appears on receipts, invoices, contracts and statements. • An instalment due today counts as overdue on every screen, and contract-end reminders start 90 days ahead. • Sharing activity arrives instantly, and every alert shows above the open sheet. • Faster sync for large accounts, stronger data protection when working offline and when switching accounts, and more reliable backup restore. • Updated privacy policy.

New • Account Statements are now a full accounting document: a movement table with date, amount and details, a running balance, and a notes column — with Excel download and PDF sharing. • Property statement: export to Excel and PDF, with the file matching exactly what the screen shows. • Receivables & Payables: a true party ledger, a "not yet due" group, and an explicit row for overpayment. • Your lists — expense and income categories, payment methods, property and unit types, and message templates — now follow your account instead of your device, so they appear on your other devices and on the web. • Edit your name and phone number from the Account screen. • Choose your language on the sign-in screen, before signing in. Improvements • Notifications: quiet hours, a unified activity log, and shared-property notifications that reach the right owner. • Payments list: the month header follows the printed due date. • Statements on mobile: the summary card stacks, doubling the visible table. • Excel export is faster and no longer waits. Fixes • Periods before your cashbox start date showed incorrect figures — they now show zero with the reason stated. • You can no longer record more than the remaining amount within a payment. • Unit status is now a single truth: an occupied unit shows as rented and cannot be changed by hand. • On Android, the back button no longer closes the app from a quick action, and a filled form is no longer dismissed silently. • A typed decimal separator no longer changes the amount. • An unrecognised store event no longer ends an active subscription. • File uploads no longer fail in certain cases. • The "Reminders: add" permission now actually takes effect — it was being discarded silently. • Terms and help text now cover both stores.

Smart reminders: due and overdue payments, contract expiry, cheque due dates, and sharing activity — each with its own switch. Opening balance: when adding a tenant, enter an amount owed from earlier contracts; it shows immediately under overdue. Your private note on every payment and instalment — never printed on receipts, shown in the cashbox statement. Nothing is lost silently: anything the server rejects appears in the alerts bell with the reason in your language. Sharing: collaborators can record instalments and use custom payment methods; each cheque releases its own instalment when cleared. Payment form fix: the dark overlay when reopening the form. Shared-property notifications • Your partner or accountant is alerted to every change on a property you shared with them — a tenant added, a payment recorded, a cheque collected. • The alert carries the property name, who made the change, and the amount. • Anyone you have hidden amounts from receives no amount. • A per-device switch turns off this category alone, leaving your other notifications untouched. • Your own payment alert now names the property and the tenant alongside the amount.

• Refined the Arabic wording throughout the getting-started flow to standard Arabic. • Internal measurement improvements that help us see where people get stuck and fix it faster — it can be turned off at any time from Settings.
