Doesn’t connect - useless

I’m using this to connect to the newly released HB1 Bluetooth DAC, and the app simply doesn’t connect. The device connects to my phone and will play sound, but when it comes to app connectivity, the app doesn’t recognize the device properly. May return the whole product because of this. Disappointing. Sad to see it’s affected their other products as well based on other commenters.

Hey webfam! Wish I could write a 5 star review here—that’s all we want right!? Fantastic products and service..I’ve tried to connect way too many times with the new wireless mkIIs A&K recently launched. The buds have only locked on 1 time so I finally just left the app alone. Pass.

App Won’t Connect

I just received my AK Hi-Fi TWS UW100MKII. The earbuds themselves pair with my phone and A&K SP2000T but I can not get the app to pair. I installed it into an iPhone ProMax 13. I also verified that the earbuds are connected via Bluetooth to no avail. This app is not ready for prime time. I hope a fix is deployed ASAP. Embarrassed for A&K.
