This app has been a huge help to me over the last few months. I have been struggling with anxiety and I found that this app has been a great way for me to manage that. I feel so much more calm and relaxed using this app and it has really helped me to grow in my mindfulness practice. I love that this app is easy to use and that it has daily reminders and videos to help you get started. I feel like this app is a great way for me to practice gratitude. I really like the variety of guided meditations and the simplicity of the app. This app is a must-have for anyone who is struggling with anxiety and looking for a way to manage it.

I use this meditation app to help me get a moment of peace throughout the day. The sessions are short and focused on waking up my senses and taking a moment to be in the present moment. The app is easy to use and the sessions are always relevant, so there is never any wasted time. I love that this app is so easy to use and has many different options. I am able to choose the length of my session, the background music and even the session type. I love meditating and have been meditating for over 6 years now. I've tried various techniques and apps and I've had a lot of success with them. However, I was looking for a more guided and personalized approach. I'm very happy that I found Akamu because it is the best meditation app out there. I love the daily reminders that help me stay focused on the practice, and the lessons and conversations with different mindfulness teachers are so beneficial. The app is easy to use, and I love that I can play guided meditations on the go. This is a must-have for all of my friends who want to meditate on a daily basis.
