Super useful, not too many glitches

The ability to save your own schedule and add other meeting times is great. Super useful and easy to use. So glad to have it! I can’t imagine doing all this with huge conference book.

Issues: map detail was too small to see easily (this may be especially so because of huge size of New Orleans conference center). Sometimes forced me to log in again (I almost remember my badge number). When I deleted an event from my calendar it would move my schedule to Friday every time, then I had to go back to the proper day.

Needs improvement

I love having this on my phone. This time I didn’t even bother going through the massive book. However, it’s still very glitchy. Every time I tried to look at another day, it would flip back or shut down. I would also like some more features—if we could have categories like Exhibit Hall Stages, Signings, Sessions, and Meetings, we could then sort by those items to make things more manageable. The option to sort by location, like convention center, pop top stage, x hotel, etc would be nice. It would also be nice to be able to distinguish between what I want on my schedule and what sessions have presentations that I would like to look at later. I often review presentations I couldn’t attend, so it would be nice to keep those straight. Great idea, doing well, and I have no doubt it will improve with time.

Functioned fine

The app functioned alright, but I found there were a lot of issues accessing available resources for each of the sessions. Sometimes slides or handouts wouldn’t open. Also, there is no way to export slides without having the Apple Email application downloaded (at least that’s what my app told me). So, the resources are only available in app for me. That’s frustrating considering I have to now present on my time at the conference and I have no outside resources to speak of.
