Description
The Alabama Child Support Calculator determines the amount of child support paid or received by AL families of dependent minor children. The Child Support Calculator provides an estimate of the amount of support as determined by application of the Alabama Child Support Guidelines. The guidelines apply to families with a combined gross income of less than $30,000 per month. Deviations from the Guidelines are permitted and are not accounted for by the calculator. Deviations are determined by the Court and/or the agreement of the parties.
The Alabama Child Support Calculator is the only complete calculator application available to calculate Child Support in Alabama and determines support levels for sole custody, split custody, joint custody and shared custody.
