We believe dates are stored in a tiny, isolated space in our brain. So when you have to remember a lot of them, your brain automatically discards less important dates and remembers more relevant ones. And the result is, you tend to miss important dates like your trade license expiry or visa renewal due date. This is why we thought of creating something like Aladdinpro.

Aladdinpro is an expiry reminder app that helps you organize and act up on your expirations displayed on a holistic dashboard and notified through push and email notifications.

Looks Pretty but Bugs and NO SUPPORT

I have to post this in a review because there is no other way to reach the app developer.

iOS app does not carry over custom names from the web app. For example, we use "project name" instead of "reference number." We set that up on the web platform and it looks correct. But in the mobile app it still says "reference number."

Web app allows login with user's E-mail. iOS requires the user "name." Me and my users like to have the same login for the same platform everywhere we use it.

No option to contact support or get help in iOS app. Website has “chat” support that doesn’t exist. I have tried a few times when it says it is "online" and no one ever answers. If they don't have chat available, they shouldn’t have a chat option, and definitely shouldn’t say it's "online” and let people start chats when no one is ever going to respond. That's not a very positive user experience.

If you try to submit a ticket, every single time, AFTER you have written out your description of issues, when you hit “submit” it says “an error occurred try again later” and deletes your ticket. Not really helpful.

Bugs and lack of any support make me hesitant to adopt this platform for my multiple users.
