I wanted to invest in a good quality home alarm system, and a system that would be backed by a high-quality customer service orientated business. I am extremely pleased on every level with the equipment and the planning that went into giving me the security that I was searching for. This company has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their Superior services.
Updated to 5 stars. Had to view my Home Screen settings and save again, though still set properly. When I did that, long press worked properly again. Had to knock this down from 5 stars because I can no longer set or turn off alarm by long pressing on the home screen icon. I now have to enter the app and go through confirmation screens which take much longer and require more interaction. Otherwise a great app.

Good app, but, the thermostat part of it is frustrating. The app doesn’t update quickly and it seems to ignore some attempted changes. The crazy thing is that it does not show the current status of your system. In other words, nothing shows you that the fan is running and cooling or heating. That’s just a basic simple piece of information one would expect and is important if you are remote.Also, I would prefer a little more robust automation. More IFTTT kind of capability within the app.
I used to worry about someone getting into our home that wasn’t supposed to — now I worry about someone getting out of our home that’s not supposed to. With my husband having Alzheimer’s, I need to know where he is at all times. His simply opening the door lets me know he’s about to go “walkabout”. I located him within minutes once I knew he’d left.
Ty called from the company and did an excellent job of helping me correct the issue, described earlier as follows: Was 5 stars but now 4 stars since notifications have replaced texts and sometimes you are notified of camera activity, sometimes not and never with sound. Notifications come with sound from my other apps.

The app is good for the most part, but only having 2 options for your air makes no sense. You can either turn the cold air on, or turn the whole unit off, you can’t turn the heat on from the app. If you could do that, it would be 5-stars.Updated to 5 stars as it’s not the developers fault but rather the thermostat/hardware itself.

Similar reports in the past have been found to be caused by local hardware needing service or settings needing to be adjusted when the thermostat is connected to a heating system.
