FIX THE LGA IN BENUE STATE ON THE APP BECAUSE THE SPACE IS EMPTY
I can’t give them five star because the LGA of benue state is empty and can’t allow you to edit your contact information on the app and that can cause them to not verify your documents , I’ve submitted documents but can’t edit address properly because BENUE STATE LGA is empty and can’t display anything please you guys should fix that , because we need to upgrade our account but by the way your services are nice and appreciate y’all but try to fix that soon thank you
Worst bank and very bad customer service
I opened account with this bank on March and and I immediately download the app and created four digit pin and after the first month of banking with wema , the app stops working ( closes right after it shows the logo ) for over four month I wasn’t able to login into the app and the customer care online are so nonchalant and not willing to provide any means to by-cot this . I can’t even give -8 star .. because this is the worst bank ever in Nigeria . They don’t care about there customers .. there apps are so useless I have done everything at my end , updating , turning on and tuning off my phone , making sure my software update is up to date etc but it still closes right after its shows the wema logo please fix this or you close the app.
Work on your app
Is frustrating and annoying, applied for a debit card and 2000 naira was deducted from my account, it's been up to 2 months now, and nothing has been delivered no phone call or any sign to show it's coming to me someday, again I have been restricted from login to the app while my money is still in there and I keep receiving deductions notification but they won't let me log in to the app, keep saying something is missing when everything is correct, I tried deleting the app and reinstall it as instructed by the customer care still to no avail, I need my money including the debit card I paid for, return the money to me if you can’t get the card to my destination, unlike the other banks,
