Really fun

This is really fun but easy to do hard to find the right blend yet I am only in my 2nd one and I am excited to see what I can make. Only issue is recipes can be a bit more explanatory but as people make more and are successful or fail at ham we will all share the best ways and worst ways but even when they are not a complete success they are still yummmm 😁

Easy cider recipes

The Alchema app is used with the Alchema cider device. It makes fermenting each batch very easy with clear step by step instructions. I've made a few different recipes and each has been good.

Periodically loses content and forces Delete and reinstall

Multiple times if lost all content and batches. Still look to be logged in but no history or batch. Any community data unavailable and no functionality on any of the reload/settings buttons. Very annoying when the only fix seems to be delete and reinstall. I get it ONCE but not multiple times. Very disappointed
