Ok, hear me out. This is the first app of its kind that I’ve downloaded so I don’t have any points of comparison. I was giving my gf a hard time and jokingly told her she was an alcoholic. She became defensive and accused me of the same thing. I’m not saying she’s right, but I definitely didn’t tell her she was wrong. I told her I’m going to prove I don’t need this stuff. I searched and this one came up so just kind of getting started here. Since it’s free I honestly didn’t expect much. I do really like the clock counter and also how it shows how much money we are probably saving from not drinking. So far, so good, but it hasn’t been that long yet lol

UPDATE: The new version is incredible! I AM OVER 3 YEARS CLEAN TODAY! This app helped me stop drinking alcohol within a week! Obviously it was a big sacrifice, but if you really just stick with it, read the "reasons to quit", and come back to visit your progress, you will find that this app is really helpful. It's crazy how much alcohol is a part of our society. It is definitely hard to quit, don't get me wrong, but this calendar will help you. The badges really help too, because it gives you something to work towards!
